Room rate is $90 plus tax.  $50 dog deposit per room - limit 4 dogs per room.

Airports   

Salt Lake City International is the largest airport for those traveling with dogs.  
Be sure to check with all airlines on their policy of transporting dogs before booking.

Shuttles

All reservations for transporation to and from your hotels must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival. To make your reservation, email Lois Bowden at lois@davisareacvb.com  with the following information. Arrival date/time/airline and flt #, hotel you are staying at, departure date/time/airline and flt number and contact phone number while you are traveling. Also, how many dogs you are traveling with. Once we have met the deadline you will receive confirmation of your arrangements. Five Star will have greeters at the airport to direct you to the proper shuttle.

All requests for shuttle service must be made by email - no reservations will be taken by phone

Shuttle rates: Monday 10-6 arrival for the rate of $45.00 Tuesday arrival 10-4 p.m. to get the $45.00 rate.

Return rates for Saturday and Sunday will be announced once the hotel determines the peak hours

Make sure if you are booking the shuttle you make them aware of your departure time

RV PARKING (on site)

RV Reservations - $20 per night

Quiet hours are between 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
NO GENERATORS
 
Limited availability, no hookups. All vehicles must be self-contained. No dumping on the grounds. Any violations of these rules could lead to disciplinary action by the Event Committee.

RV Parking Space - each reserved space is limited to 45 feet overall length.  RVs, 5th wheels w/trucks and autos pulling trailers must meet this stipulation.  All vehicles to be parked in the RV space cannot exceed a total length of 45 feet.

Owners need to be prepared to park all second or towed vehicles in daytime parking areas.

RV Parking. Specify: type of vehicle(s), overall length, arrival date and length of stay. Fee: $20/night. 

Site is available for RV parking at 3:00pm Monday September 22 NO EXCEPTIONS.

Dogs are NOT allowed to be left outside between 11pm and 6am and no dogs will be left UNATTENDED in the RV section between those hours. Any violations of these rules could lead to disciplinary action by the Event Committee.  

All vehicles parked in the RV area must have an ACA authorized parking voucher clearly displayed in the outward facing window.

RV Parking will be by assigned spaces this year.  Assignment to be based on day and time of arrival, and RV length.
