Booth space is $100 for 1-8 ft space and table for the week.  Additional tables and space are available for additional costs.

Complete and submit this contract/application by .   There will be NO REFUNDS of any fees.    Return receipt of copy will verify entrance to the show.  Further information and/or instructions will follow approximately 2 weeks prior to the show.
