Ridge was our first Akita. He finished his Championship completely owner handled, and quickly took to the obedience ring earning his RN and CD titles in 3 straight weekends of shows. He was a crowd favorite for his jumping finish on his recall. However, he was happiest at home with his family. His sole purpose was to look after our 4 children. His tough guy persona quickly melted away when he interacted with HIS kids. Ridge passed over the rainbow bridge on 8-31-16. He is deeply missed.
